TeamPeppa is a cloud solution for Sports Clubs, Individual Sports Teams, Sporting Associations and School Sports & Culture industries that allows you to improve the way you communicate with your teams and supporters, display your various media, entice supporters to your events and even generate additional income.

We understand that every organisation has different needs and we ensure that those requirements are met through our personalised approach to understanding your Club, Team or Association and how our solution can add a tangible benefits to streamline your processes. Our mobile, app-based solution is available on 5 platforms meaning that almost all your players and supporters would be able to access the system. The system is also modular meaning that you can pick exactly those features that suit your specific requirements. The content of the app is then maintained by yourselves through an online Content Management System (CMS) which even allows you to change the way it looks by uploading fresh, high quality images on a monthly, weekly or even daily basis giving you the ability to brand the app as you desire, a great benefit for your sponsors!

By implementing our AdPeppa in-app advertising engine you can also sell advertising space and with as little as 2 spots sold per month, cover the entire cost of the license fee. As your app-base grows, so do the revenue opportunities and very soon, TeamPeppa becomes an income generator and not a cost centre!

The 2 packages below form the basis of the offering. They are based on the type of Mobile Operating systems you would like to make your app available on and 9 of the available modules. The great thing is that you can always add modules later as we will constantly be creating new, innovative modules ensuring that you never need another app solution! You will also have unlimited access for 24 months which means you can host as many fixtures and events as you like at this ridiculously low price.

Base Modules Included In Package

All content is maintained through our online Content Management System. Included in the base package are 9 of the modules below. Please select those you require. You may also have multiple selections of the same module i.e. Profile pages (Teams, Players, Coaches, Sponsors, Partners etc.), but you can still only have 9 in total as part of the base package. Every additional module will cost R 249 or $20 per month so pick as many as you like if 9 doesn't cut it for now.

1.

Social Integration (Facebook & Twitter)

Description



  • This module comes standard with all our solutions as does not form part of the 9 modules you can select.
  • Most of our pages have the ability for you to include Facebook Pages and Twitter handles giving your audience access to all the relevant social networking information on every aspect of your events and fixtures
  • All Social Network links are "tap-to" meaning that a simple tap takes you directly to that page in the respective social network apps.

Event Details / Information


  • The features I to IV below are all included as part of the Event Details module and will represent a single module
I.
Google Maps Integration
  • Simply type in the address for your event or any profile pages addresses and let us do the rest. When a user hits on the relevant maps in the app, Google will step in for turn-by turn navigation to where your supporters and players needs to be.
II.
Event Layout / Map
  • Simply post an image of your Club, venue or school layout with the relevant key to guide your patrons to their respective areas of interest.
III.
Event Details
  • Present all your event's information such as the Date, time, contact information and Description. Our online editor allows you all the space and formatting required to tailor this as you need.
IV.
Event Itinerary / Line-up
  • Display the order of proceedings for the day and respective team pools so that your audience knows

Profile Pages


  • Each option below is a separate module under the "Profile" module section.
I.
Profile Pages
  • List your Teams, Players, Coaches and basically any "people" or "entity's" you want to provide detailed information about.
  • This includes Google Maps integration for navigation, click to email, click to dial, click to sms and the ability to embed links to other relevant content.
II.
Rating & Feedback
  • Link the Rating & Feedback modules to a profile for real-time engagement from your audience.

Messages / Notifications


  • Send targeted messages to individuals, groups and all users with this unique function.
  • Eliminate your SMS costs with this FREE messaging platform with no limit on the size of the messages you want to convey!


5.

Newsletters / Press


  • Post daily, weekly or monthly Newsletters directly to your app with Push notifications to draw app user's attention to them. The online editor allows you to embed links, format text and even add images


6.

Media: Music / Movies / Images


  • Create an image Gallery with click-through page to the original size image.
  • Give app-users access to your YouTube or Vimeo videos which will be played directly in their respective apps.


7.

Fan Feedback


  • Your fans will now be able to provide feedback on any of the profile pages such as Teams, Players, and Coaches etc.
  • You will also be able to provide answer to their feedback or questions through the online CMS (Content Management System).


8.

Real-time Surveys / Competitions & Voting


  • This is a great module used to engage with your audience in Real-time. Post survey questions, hold competitions and get users to vote on certain issues.
  • Replaces old technologies that required costly, special hardware to facilitate such functionality.
  • Find out what fans thought of an event, who they want to see next time and whatever survey-type information you require and get the results back live!


9.

Rating


  • This will allow app users to rate any "Profile" pages that you have out of 5 stars
  • This is a rolling poll and the ratings will be displayed under the profile page


10.

Fixtures


  • This module allows you to create fixtures for Sporting and Cultural Events through the Content Management System.
  • The system caters for multiple fixtures across multiple fixture categories and includes the date, time, contact details and location linked to Google Maps for easy navigation to the game / event.



12.

Logs


  • Publish your sporting and cultural logs for your relevant teams and clubs with 5 columns of data that could represent how many games played, won, lost, drawn and points standing.
  • This is a great way for supporters to see where there favourite team is against the opposition.



13.

Membership Card


  • If you are using traditional membership cards for members or supporters, why not switch to a digital solution? Combine this with our Payments module and you can even get members to sign up and pay for membership registration at the same time. Once registered all you need to do is scan the members registration card in the app with our "Usher App" which will present their Picture and Membership information. Use this for special access to certain events, discounts at the bar or whatever you can think of.



14.

Payment Integration


  • By implementing the payment gateway solution you can now receive once-off or subscription-based payments via credit card.
  • This has been designed specifically to address membership fees for Clubs or Associations.
  • We make use of PayU, a well-established and highly secure payment gateway provider.



15.

Mobile Ticketing Engine


  • Our proprietary Mobile Ticketing Engine allows you to sell Tickets for your event/s directly through your mobile application. Our integrated payment gateway facilitates Credit Card and Cheque Card payments with ease. All tickets are delivered to the user's mobile application as well as e-mailed to them. The ticketing module comes with our "Usher App" which is a simple app used by ushers at your venue to scan the mobile or printed tickets. This app will determine the validity of the user's ticket and whether or not it has already been redeemed. A connected Android or iOs device is needed to load this app onto and connectivity is required at all times in order to validate tickets.


16.

Advertising Engine


  • This module does not form one of the 9 modules you can select and is available upon request at no additional charge.
  • Digital Peppa has built its own in-app advertising engine that can power both banner and media rich full screen advertisements within your application. Adding this module allows you access to an additional revenue stream from your app. We offer a 70/30 revenue share split based on the advertising rate card we supply you.
