Having dabbled in many industries throughout my career from service consultant to web designer, sales executive to network administrator and stock broker, it became clear that my path was never meant to be under the corporate umbrella! Through my time spent at the Branson Centre for Entrepreneurs it became clear that my personality and vocation was best suited as an Entrepreneur.

I simply and fully embrace ambiguity and am comfortable with being challenged regularly. I am also a Christian who believes that a business can still be run on ethical principles, even in a modern day environment. It may take us longer to get there, but when we eventually do, it will taste that much sweeter and have the longevity it deserves.

My favourite saying: "Every time you state what you want or believe, you're the first to hear it. It's a message to both you and others about what you think is possible. Don't put a ceiling on yourself."

Eugene Rousseau

Eugene's Bio

I am a software developer by trade with nearly 13 years of experience in the industry, varying from Desktop, Website, Server-Side and Mobile development. My career as a developer started in 2002 after studying for a BSc IT Degree at University of Johannesburg.

I am proficient in; Java, XML, PHP & ASP and can develop on any mobile platform (J2ME, Android, iOS, Blackberry & Windows Mobile). I pretty much eat breath and sleep code, and spend most of my days trying to create new apps to conquer the mobile industry. I am also a family man, and hopefully raising the next generation of code junkies.

My favourite saying: "Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

Carla Baillie started the Consulting and Placement Services arm of Digital Peppa in 2015, called Peppa Placements.She has been in the ICT / ISP Industry for more than 10 years and comes with a vast amount of industry knowledge and experience. She holds a BScIT (Computer Science and Informatics) degree from RAU (UJ).

One of the newest Consultants to work under the Peppa Placements brand, Candice, has been in the recruitment industry since 2011 and has loved the industry ever since. She has her Honours Degree in Psychology, BA Honours in Psychometry and is also a Registered Psychometrist with HPCSA. Throughout her years in the Recruitment Industry, she has formed many lasting relationships with clients as well as candidates.

Prior to that she spent her time travelling and finished off these years with a Brand & Marketing Management course through Vega. With experience in the planning and delivery of major projects, she has enjoyed focusing on the recruitment sector where she able to contribute to the effective management of people, projects and resources.
